Which one do you guys think looks better: https://imgur.com/gallery/PEWVu

I'm trying to decide on whether to do the extra work of painting the grenades, belts, cantines, daggers and other accessories black, or leave them averland sunset?
I guess I've only put one coat of black on, so it may be a little splotchy still and the coat is fresh
but also, it's a little difficult now, because they are smaller places to paint
so I'm afraid of causing damage to the rest of the model now

The black looks better. It is hard to paint details some times. Some people paint certain tricky parts before assembling.

The Polito form is dead, insect. Are you afraid? What is it you fear? The end of your trivial existence?

Consider painting those bits in a grey rather than black, then whatever wash you use will give the bits some depth.
