As I'm preparing to paint a set of Aggressors, a thought came to me that I can't find an answer for.
Where would Aggressors and Reivers fit in the companies? Obviously Intercessors, Inceptors and Hellblasters fit in similarly to Tactical marines, Assault marines, and Devastator marines and are probably just found in each of the first nine companies of each Chapter. Given that Gravis armour almost seems to be the Primaris equivalent to Terminator armour, would the Aggressors be attached to the 1st Company of each Chapter like Terminator suits are? Would Reivers be attached to the 10th Company since they seem to be super scouts?
Or do both serve in just whatever Company they get attached to? It would make sense that Primaris marines would have to earn their way into the 1st Company like regular marines, and it doesn't seem right that Reivers would be mixed in with neophytes.
What's the consensus on how this all works, or do we even have one?

Our Lord Guilliman would prefer that you not hold so rigidly to a text that was clearly intended as a guide and not an absolute. Our Lord Guilliman recommends that you deploy them to whichever company could benefit most from their abilities. Our Lord Guilliman wishes to remind you that the flexible reed weathers a storm while the inflexible oak breaks.

They didn't release any veteran units, the lore section of the new codex says aggressors are amongst normal companies.
Reivers are kinda baffling, honesty. They both are and aren't scouts, and their fluff emphasises over and over a terror troops role that frankly shouldn't work on most possible enemies.

Terror troops should work on almost any enemy, even though there are lots that don't have feelings or fear.
If a position gets infiltrated and all the troops holding it get massacred, but the attackers do not / cannot attempt to hold it or exploit it, then the defenders haven't actually lost any military advantage, but they do have to make different decisions on a large scale to protect their forces.

Reivers are close support in the codex and agressors are Fire support.
Agressors are more... centurions than terminators.
Reivers are a halfway point between assault and scouts and do the job of each.
