Subject: Powerfist Points have changed from 20 to 12 - what else has changed?

I've read this in articles regarding the release of the new Chaos Codex, though I can't see the source for this information, or knowledge of what else has been changed (on a forum someone mentioned that Heavy Weapons points have changed too).
Does anyone know what else has changed an where we can find the new Wargear Alterations?

It was on the community post for World Eaters yesterday, for Chaos. It doesn't mean all Powerfists, it only means for Chaos Space Marines.

I dont know about everyone else but this gives me hope. If Marines and CSM get Power Fists for 12pts then Orkz should as well. And dropping the price by that much might make them worth taking again, personally I really want that, lower Killsaws and a new rules that negates the -1 to hit when attacking vehicles.

I think I read on the EC faction focus page that Possessed gained +1 wound at no increase in cost.

They are down from 20 to 12 in Codex: Space Marines as well.

They are down from 20 to 12 in Codex: Space Marines as well.
Still doesn't mean they will be for all. They could be 15 in Orks because they are more valuable to them, or could be 10 for the same reason. They could be 8 for IG or Eldar.
