Anybody dealt with them? I'm intrigued by their Bretons.

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

Yeah, they're very not-that-great but good for filler if you don't want to buy lots of the Finecast Mirkwood infantry or Finecast Gundabad infantry.

Pretty good sculpts for a very decent price, just what LoTR models should be!

I dunno about "pretty good". The LOTR/Hobbit line is overall the strongest and best sculpted range on the planet. The Norba knockoffs look preettttyyyy ass when compared to the actual Mirkwood infantry and Gundabad orcs. But you definitely can't argue with the price if you just want to fill an army cheaply. Unreleased Miniatures offerings are higher quality, as are Ridgeback's.
My Mirkwood army's armoured infantry are all the finecast models, and I don't think I would get Norba's to add more. My Gundabad army is all official GW Finecast and Forge World, with a smattering of knockoffs like Unreleased command models and Ridgeback's Armored Orcs and Orc Mercenaries. I would probably only add the Norba minis if I had a need for more Orcs, but I have about 40-50 of 'em right now.

Anyhow...
They're "good enough" I suppose. The detail's not really there, but yes, for a tabletop game they'll add extra variety. Even if they're not complete copies of the film's designs that's all right, as well not everyone dresses the same (especially orcs). The elves could represent a different class of warrior or those from another area of Middle Earth than seen in the films. Not to bash finding the site, I'm sure someone will pick them up.

Dakka does have White Knights and is also rather infamous for it's Black Knights. A new edition brings out the passionate and not all of them are good at expressing themselves in written form. There have been plenty of hysterical responses from both sides so far. So we descend into pointless bickering with neither side listening to each other. So posting here becomes more masturbation than conversation.
