Subject: How to Model Ork Yoofs?

Hello Everybody,
I'm in the process of creating an Ork team for Shadow War, and I am a bit stumped on how to make my yoofs stand out from the regular boyz.
The source material doesn't say a lot (quotes from Lexicanium)
Yoofs are not very different in appearance or ability to Ork Boyz.
Yoofs are commonly a lighter shade of green then more mature Orks, as their skin will inevitably grow darker as they get older.
How have the rest of you surmounted this problem? Any cool ideas?

Paint Klan insignia (e.g. checkers) only on Boyz, and keep Yoofs as plain as possible. They are not Boyz yet and not allowed to use Klan insignia. Idk if that's the case in actual fluff but it's the easiest way of telling them apart since there are no separate Yoof models.

Check out Gorka Morka minis, they are dated but fit in, they are taller than grots and their heads come up to an ork boys shoulders. They look goofy and "young" but will fit in as yoofs.

If your not wanting to buy anything, you could trim off some of the legs like below the knee and re-position them. and paint them lighter then the rest. Paint them with the rusty weapons, and dirty clothes/armor.

Thanks for the ideas chaps. I do like the idea of Gorka Morka yooks if I can get hold of some, I could even try mixing in some bits from the old bikers and buggy drivers that I have lying around. It is a shame they don't make new models along these lines. As for the skin, atm I use the 'Black Undercoat -> Waargh Flesh -> Green Wash -> Warboss Green -> Skarskit Green' Rhodes combo. What is the best way of getting a lighter colour? I suppose I could start with the Warboss green and build up to an even lighter green as the final highlight?

Could try with a light gray undercoat, or just mix in some white or yellow paint to your base and highlight paints to make it easier.
I don't use many specialty colors from GW, I'm to cheap and just use primary colors, it makes my boys all look different. Maybe use Niblet Green from looking at their chart instead of skarsnik green
or niblet then highlight with moot green. IDK the chart is never how the colors really turn out.
The Ork Mad Boys from the old school catalog made me like the old school minis

Id say use gorkamorka orks, since they're smaller than modern but still pretty intimidating
