I always find that a Plog is a great way to maintain a decent painting output so this is what I have been working on recently.

8th is the first edition of 40K that has held any interest in me for decades so I am in the process of revamping my old Death Guard; a mix of FW, Ebay bits, 2nd ed metals and 3rd party models.

I have another squad stripping in dettol at the moment and after that I will need to do a bit of Ebay hunting to get a full 2k points list.


I also have a Dropfleet Commander escalation league starting in 10 days or so and this is my tester model. I used 'Ardcoat to give a gloss finish to the armour which went on very streaky and it left obvious brush marks, I will use Vallejo gloss for the rest I think but the end result turned out well with minimal work.

Very cool start to your new death guard, with lots of neatly painted classic models.

If you can be bothered, I would like to see more angles on the demon prince ! Looking gore !
