Hey there, as there is a leak about tau warlord trait, reroll hits when not moving. Does deep strike deployment count as moving?

Yes. Any form of arriving from Reserves counts as the model moving. It's in the rules somewhere (and yes I'm too lazy to look it up!).

It is a general rule for Reserves.

Pg 177 - “Units that arrive as reinforcements count as having moved in their Movement phase for all rules purposes, such as shooting Heavy weapons (pg 180)”
