I've got a similar list, but with a Tzeetch theme and Magnus instead of the Lord of Skulls (who I think is a solid choice).

I'd give the Demon Prince warp time over delightful agonies to get that Lord of Skulls into combat turn one.

I've find defilers to be exceptionally un-inspiring: lots of points not great at shooting and not great in combat. I'd be tempted to replace it with a 3rd Hell drake to further increase to turn one pressure and would mean you can make an air wing detachment for an extra precious command point (an extra demon forged phase on the lord of skulls makes a huge difference).

Then maybe use the spare points to 'upgrade' the hell brute to a forge fiend. not as reliable shooting, but much hardier as the expensive hell brute sticks out like a sore thumb as a some target currently.

I agree with the defilers being a bit uninspiring, but id switch to obliterators with MoS for some double shooting shenanigans

Defilers have done good for me, they are really quite tough and can hold objectives pretty convincingly. Their lascannons and battlecannon end up dealing their share of damage for me even with lower Bs (Prescience helps too)

An extra Heldrake and Maulerfiend would certainly be good but I dont have the models, this was a list to face off against my brother's Eldars, it was a hard fight but I managed to pull off a victory with the LoS going on a rampage on the last turn and a half.
