Poxwalkers are only good when combined with Typhus. Either add him or replace them with Cultists.
You are running 7 troops in your list, but only need 3 for your detachments. Either drop some of them and/or get another
HQ to play 2 Battallions. 7 Command Points are usually not enough and Deamon Princes are really strong.
Drop the Blightlord Terminators, a unit of Poxwalkers and probably one or even both Foul Blightspawns (they are also much better in a Rhino) to get the points.
The rest of your list looks quite good.

You are right about the poxwalkers. My aim is to to replace them with cultists. But I dont have the models at the moment. I am converting poxwalkers into cultist (less mutations and more guns

), but they still need some paint to look more human than "poxwalkers". I think I just like Poxwalkers a little too much since they overperformed(!!) the first games I used them. They soaked so much firepower... They did not do that today..
In my opinion, Rhinos tend to get destroyed too fast in a deathguard list. And my marines usually get to shot every round anyway.

They are good when combined with the chaos lord. 4units of 5man, get 8blight launchers. Thats 16 hit on 3's, reroll 1's. S6, reroll failed to wound. -2ap and D3 wounds (+Bolters for what that is worth). They are always paying for themselves, and then some, for me at least. But I am considering to take 3 units instead of 4, since they usually do the job I need em to do with 2-3units.
But I need nurglings. Alpha strike hurts! As a matter of fact, I think I need 2x3 nurglings... Andmaybe drop the blightlord terminators and sorcerer for a additional
DP and a malignant plague caster to get two battalion detachments. And the bloatdrones are simply too good to only have one of.
