Hellflayers vs seeker chariots is pretty easy in my opinion, the Hellflayers are better. They are almost identical but you get D6 str 8 attacks vs a mortal wound on a 6. It's an easy call which is more likely to be effective.
However a Herald of Slaanesh on a seeker chariot is a good choice. Its a charecter with access to psychic powers, adds 1 to your deamons strength (Which you need desperately with slaanesh deamons), has a bigger base so again spreads that 6" love out a bit more, and is T5 with a 4+/5++ save, all in all a good choice for 116 pts.
The masque + warlord = one seriously bad ass chick. It's probably the cheapest/most cost effective killing machine in a slaneesh force.
Slaanesh is going to be hard to run, but if done right you could end up with an incredible and unique force in the end. Their tactics revolve around speed and hitting as fast as possible. Seekers are absolutely amazing once you get them up in numbers. And with some of the tricks you can pull from a slaneesh deamon force you can be one tough nut to Crack.
Example : Fiends of Slaanesh are the best anti tank unit you can get. They don't do much but once they charge a tank it can't just leave combat, you basically have it locked down until something else comes to save it (don't charge vehicles that can actually fight in cc, and flyers can still escape).
Forbidden gem can literally shut an enemy charecter down for a turn, and it happens during their turn! At the start of any phase you can try, and if successful all abilities (no shooting, no psychic, no auras) are shut down. Turning a chaplain or leutinant off and the enemy not suddenly getting their rerolls can make a difference in a clutch moment.
Finally seekers with a Herald move 14+d6+2d6 rerolling failed charge, have a lot of attacks, and can really do a number to an enemy line.
Good luck with your army.
