The novacharge wording on the y'vahra riptide is ambiguous- it says that the novacharge allows you to fire "using a weapon's nova reactor profile".

Personally I believe this means using only one of its guns, the flamer of the ion gun, but some people I've encountered think the ambiguous wording allows for both guns to be fired using their novacharge profile.

This would honestly seem a bit overpowered to me. Is there an FAQ ruling on this?

Nothing ambiguous about it, it says you can use a weapons Nove reactor profile, not one weapons NR profile.

"A weapon's" is very ambiguous to me. One weapon or any weapon, that would be unambiguous. "A weapon's" could easily be interpreted as singular.

It's a FW rule right? Poor wording is sadly expected. I interpretas all weapons being able to use their Nova profile.
