My friend have a 450pts T'au army finally, not 500pts. That change my plan quite a lot! So I build 2 lists and can't decide which one to bring for facing his T'au...

List 2, most definitely. Winged prince is a beast, way better than drones by a long shot, and Nurglings are solid.

I agree. And if you split your unit of 20 plaguebearers into two units of 10, you'd have a Battalion and 3 more command points. As it is, you'd only get the -1 to be hit on the plague bearers until they lose a model.
