Your battalion isn't a battalion. It only has two troops units. It's easy to fix though, by just splitting off 10 cultists into their own unit.

Mortarion is best used when he has access to Warptime.

As well, you want more poxwalkers to take advantage of them; bump your single unit to 20, and bolster the Cultist squads.

Lastly, take Arch Contaminator on a Chaos Lord to follow the PBC's.... you'll appreciate being able to reroll everything the Mortars throw out. Be prepared for Entropy Cannons to be underwhelming, however.
