Hey guys, I'm starting a big scratchbuilt terrain project, and I've got some great bits and bobs to start out with, but one thing I've been wanting to find is something to replicate wheel valves, like you might see on a pipe, or a submarine or tank hatch.

Anybody know of a accessory kit or real life plastic bit that would be available in quantity that would look like that?

Lego steering wheels. I got a bunch off eBay recently for pretty cheap. Just snip them off the console it and glue them on. You might need to fill the central hole but if you s up them off carefully you can just glue the newly loose middle bit back in.

I spent ages looking through all kinds if industrial scenery sites and no-one seems to do reasonably priced valve wheels.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Lego steering wheels would probably work fine.
