Could someone please tell me how many Wrack crew minis I can make for the raider out of the wrack box?

I'm planning on grabbing a couple of the 2016 start collecting DE boxes before they get axed, and have a bit of an ancient mariner theme for my army - I like the idea of the dead rising again to steer the ship, and thought wracks might be a cool way of doing that.

Would I be wiser getting scalped on Ebay getting the bits?
