I am building Scourges and I was looking to make the bases have clouds. I was wondering if anyone had a way to do clouds that would be in a playable condition. I have tested expanding foam but it is just to large and I have also tried cotton balls with a sealent to harden it but those are to prone to pick up dirt. So if anyone has another idea or has done clouds before it would be nice to know how.

Thank you.

Woodland Scenics' clump foilage, sprayed white and shaded can look cloudlike.

I used the clump foliage method for my Vendetta base. I used a core of foam to make the rough shape then glued the foliage all over.
