When I finished the Outrider Dettachment I looked at it and wondered what else I could add to it to make the list more well-rounded. I still needed anti-tank, and also wanted to try out the Deceiver, so I decided I'd compliment my fast force with a more grounded battalion based on 2 doomsday arks re-rolling 1s to hit thanks to Nihilakh. The rest of the choices for this battalion are mostly filler, but basically I wanted to make sure I had a big unit to buff with my overlord and that said unit and the rest of my infantry had extra protection, which is why I added the 20 warriors and the Cronotek. The veil helps with repositioning, as does the deceiver, further helping protect my key units and allowing the Nihilakh trait to be more consistent, since redeploying when needed gives me much needed "mobility" and breathing room in dangerous situations. Anyways that were my thoughts when making the list, C&C welcome so make sure to comment!

The list feels very generic 40k army as opposed to a necron army. By this I mea you have nowhere to spend your CP except the enhanced RP and other few (1-2) stratagems the whole game.

What ? There are about 10 stratagems he can use.

Think a better way to say it, is this list doesnt use many strats offensively. most are reactive to the opponents outside the advance and charge for the wraiths. Also a reroll would be helpful if lot shots from the doomsdays.

And either of the c'Tan strats to cast an extra power or pick a different power.
