So I started a sea themed Death Guard army a few months ago, well really just painted in a teal/aqua colour scheme with some water bases.

Then coincidentally, the Deepkin army came out for age of sigmar. I want to use some of these models as they fit the motif perfectly. Does anyone have any ideas on how to use these models, converted if necessary of course, to fit a sea Death Guard army? Or any other FW or GW models that can be used that might fit these idea, like Zarakynel = Medusa for instance.

Thanks!

The chap who runs Fallout Hobbies did a brilliant nautical death guard army a few years ago...

Perfect, thanks for the link. I'll incorporate some of the rust techniques in my army that fits with the theme.

Any suggestions for converting the new Deepkin models to Death Guard? I want to use those floating sharks!!

You could run the sharks as daemons of some kind. Bloodletters might be an appropriate choice you might need to replace the riders with something a bit more nurgley but the sharks themselves should be fine. Nothing says warp madness as much as a frikken flying shark!

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Those eyeless dudes as cultists or daemons?

The turtles as tanks?

I'd be interested in seeing this army.
