IT'S HORRIALE" just for example) you also have the fact that it breaks with tradtion. until 4th edition or so deamons and chaos marines where the same codex. and even when they split them, the 4th edition
CSM codex had some rules, limp as they where, for deamon summoning.so the idea of deploying
CSMs and deamons in the same army is something people are used to (the various
CSM 'dexes even include rules for the basic deamons )

IoM allies is a "NEW SCARY THING"
