It might be my kind of delusional brain that only does this, but does anyone else kind of imagine music playing in a kind of cinematic way for your armies when you have a game? I seriously imagine the battles in my head because well, It's kind of cool and I'm a diluted man-child.
If you guys do the same, what kind of music do you imagine accompanying your army?
(I feel like the drinking game should be if the song is metal take a shot, if it's Sabaton take two shots.)

At 03:28 you've got the quiet before the storm and the battle climaxes in the last 30 seconds of the song. It's so cheesy that it becomes cool.
For some reason, I find these three themes from Hollow Knight to really suit my armored Imperial Guard: I can see the imperial column try to pour through the ennemy lines or repel an assault dug-in, while taking heavy casualties, but still fighting back with all that they have got.

Dakka does have White Knights and is also rather infamous for it's Black Knights. A new edition brings out the passionate and not all of them are good at expressing themselves in written form. There have been plenty of hysterical responses from both sides so far. So we descend into pointless bickering with neither side listening to each other. So posting here becomes more masturbation than conversation.

I use a lot of Gundam soundtracks for the feel of my army. They tend to have a nice mix of classical instruments and guitar. Some series have some opera-esque vocals too, which adds to the gothic feel too. At least for my Space Marine armies. If I ran Space Wolves, I would totally use the Skyrim soundtrack though.
