Back in my salad days, somewhere on the internet, I found sprues with things like bolts, tiny domes/rivets, that kind of stuff. Good value IRC. Would be really helpful to my Battle Fleet Gothic projects, but I'm basically out of them. They were for adding detail to your mecha kits, but I can't remember what they were called and can't find them. Anybody know what they're called or where to find a similar product?

Possibly these? https://www.grandtline.com/products/miscellaneous-hardware/ Model railroads would probably be your best bet.

For rivets, I usually just do something like this:

You might try looking on FineScale Modeller forums for the rest. Simple google searches should turn up what you need.

Kotobukiya do stuff like this in their Modelling Support Goods line. More designed for mecha kits like Gundam but there's definitely ways to use some of their bits.

Take a look at what I've been painting and modelling: https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/725222.page

Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

That's what I was going to suggest.

Bought a few of their sprues through HobbyLinkJapan.
