Been curious about these guys since I started collecting Guard. I've seen some for sale on eBay, but I wonder if I could kitbash some together instead. I'd need some Scion gear (check), Cadians (check), and Forgeworld's Cadians with Respirator upgrade set. What else would I need? How would you recommend I go about this if I were to decide to do this?

I got a lot of mileage out of the Forge World Hostile Environment troopers, especially the plasma squad, which your Scions will want lots of.

I did some stormtroopers equivalents with tau legs mixed into a cadian kit. It gets a nice heavy armoured leg look.
