only suggestion I can give right now would be to do something with the claws to make them less obviously Tyranid. But I'm not sure that'll make much difference in the long run, once it's all painted up I'm sure it'll look great! Awesome conversion.
Yeah this looks amazing, but I think I agree that the talons are just a bit too Tyranidy.
I actually think it would look great as just a slug or worm like creature with no arms.
Herm..... i may just do that.
