From the EYE OF TERROR mega-campaign, what was the name of the Chaos Siege Weapon? It was a massive 1500-point monstrosity, touring events around the globe. The model was roughly 16" wide, 20" long and 5-6" tall. The hull was build from 4-6 Land Raiders (I think) and its main weapon was the biggest cannon I saw on a 40k battlefield. The whole thing was black.
It was made using the War Machine Super Heavy rules from Imperial Armor. By guys at GW as I recall.

The EYE OF TERROR worldwide campaign was in 2003.
I can't recall the name of this unholy beast, even though it personally delivered me more pain than any force I ever faced on the battlefield.
if I recall correctly its main weapon was a WARP CANNON.
I am hoping a fellow hobbyist that knows it will remember and post here. It was covered in an issue of White Dwarf magazine but I don't recall the month/issue.

It looks the best out of the vehicles presented in that picture, save for the Baneblade.

Guardsmen, hear me! Cadia may lie in ruin, but her proud people do not! For each brother and sister who gave their lives to Him as martyrs, we will reap a vengeance fiftyfold! Cadia may be no more, but will never be forgotten; our foes shall tremble in fear at the name, for their doom shall come from the barrels of Cadian guns, fired by Cadian hands! Forward, for vengeance and retribution, in His name and the names of our fallen comrades!

The fact that the picture has the LR doors in front of the gun always irked me... just seems reckless

Yeah. Land Raiders should always have their guns in the front slots. It makes sense and looks better. Otherwise, the gun barrels are blocking the doors!

I have all of the White Dwarfs on PDF - are you talking about the 2003-2004 Eye of Terror Campaign? I can try to look it up.

Well, as luck would have it - there are only a few issues I'm missing, and they're almost all around the Eye of Terror Campaign - took a glance through the 5-6 that I had and didn't see said mighty steel beastie.

Aye, the 2003-2004 Eye of Terror Campaign! Yes, that's the one! I was nearly unstoppable during that campaign; that machine landed the worst hurt...

Where can I try to get the back issues on pdf? That might be less time-consuming than sifting through my collection. I need to organize it again...
