I'm making a Militarum Tempestus list in battlescribe and I was wondering which unit is better, Ogryns or Bullgryns, or if they even should be used in a militarum tempestus list.

Bullgryns are better. Their a very tough screen.

Bullgryn are much better, especially when you add a Custodes Vexillia guy to follow them around. Instant tough, multi wound unit with 3+ invulnerable saves (2+ with a Primaris Psycher following too). Still able to stomp some heads in close combat.

I still think they should just merge the Ogryn and Bullgryn units into one unit, and let them choose equipment. It would basically look like the Ogryn Bodyguard, but as a unit.

Bullgryns all day.

Ogryn don't really do much of anything for their points. Bullgryn on the other hand are a respectable melee threat as well as being very, very beefy boys.
