So I grabbed the FW Valthex model, and while I adore the Conversion Beamer, I'm not wholly sure what I should load him out with beyond that, and would like some recommendations for the rest of his gear, and also what I ought to be putting him near/ other units that might benefit from a c-beamer techmarine

At the minute, I've got a rifleman dred, a lascannon predator and a vindicator for him to hang out with in the backfield (along with about 3 other dreds that could be equipped for long range fun), and I'm pretty resolute in keeping everything black templars, chapter tactics wise.
In terms of transport, I've got a landraider crusader (I plan to get 2 more landraiders) and a razorback (might pick up another 1?)
