You are correct. Because the Deathmarks ability triggers on a 6+, any roll of 6 or more on a D6+1 will trigger the effect. As pointed out below deathmarks happen on the wound roll and are unaffected by MWBD. Away from books atm. Apologies for the incorrect answer.

To nitpick, MWBD does not cause 6+ to hit effects to happen on a 5+, they cause them to happen on a 6+ but you roll a D6+1 instead of a D6.

Incase you answered yourself wrong

Immortals are 6+ on hit.

Deathmarks are on the wound.

So doesn't work
