Had an idea for a kit bash between one of the AoS easy build sequitors and my 40k bits box. Dunno how I feel about it so far...

Looks, alright- but the big glaring issue is you've used the female model, and it's quite obvious. There's some serious heresy going on there.

The kitbash fits, it's just the female model is more lithe and less bulky compared to the males, so it will look out of place next to the others.

I disagree, he's giving his opinion. I tend to agree, the fact you've used a female model is a glaring issue, unless you were going for a gender bender in the first place. It's painted very well though, despite the high heels.
The model done that way might be better suited to a female ecclesiarchy member than a zealous space crusader.

So you are deliberately making female space marines? Why?

The correct answer to that question is "why not", or "because I want to". I mean, it's contrary to the fluff, but then again, so is making up your own Chapter of Space Marines.
To the OP; my opinion of the Stormcast models is that they make good sources for Imperial models in power armour, but that the shape is too distinct to make good Space Marines; the shoulders and the legs are too different. However, the actual conversion is well done (although a more ornate helmet might look better?), so if you're happy with the different silhouette, job's a good 'un.

I did not notice it was a female model at first. I actually think it is a good choice as the male Stormcasts have the bulky more similar to Terminiator armour. So I say go for using female stormcasts for Power armour.
But I would only do so for "special" models so that they stand out.

Seeing all the chapters aren't listed hardly the same.
But of course if he wants to do female marines feel free but then whether sigmarines are suitable base is least of worries

Looks pretty good to me. And whether you're using it because you want female marines or because the male sigmarines are too big, it works. Which kit is the helmet from BTW?

I would have opted to maybe use Primarus bits due to the size differences and base size. I would have found a female head on totally gone all out with it.
Think of it as a fun side game of "how long before it's noticed" whenever fielding it.

Looks okay, but I agree the whole "Black Templar in heels" isn't a great look.
