I've got two conversion projects:

1) I want to convert GW Goblin Wolf Rider wolves to giant rats, by using Rat Ogre heads. The first time I did it GW sold Rat Ogre heads individually, but they don't do that anymore. While the Rat Ogre box contains multiple extra heads I haven't gotten any replies on Bartertown, nor have I seen extra bitz on eBay. Are there other sites or sources I could try?

2) I want my Space Wolves to have a feline theme instead of a wolf theme, and am looking to convert Thunderwolves to sabertooth cats. The tails are easy, but I haven't been able to find a source of smilodon heads. My plan B is to buy a vinyl model, make a mold from thermoplastic and green stuff it, but a source of heads would be significantly easier.

Suggestions?

As for getting the rat ogre heads, might pay to throw a post up on the dakkadakka marketplace forum and see if anybody has them to spare.
