I'm thinking about R&H Chaos Spawn, and Demons Chaos Spawn.
Same name, data sheet is the same with the exception of Keywords.
The R&H version isn't a Deamon, has the Faction Renegades and Heretics, as well as the <Chaos Covenent> keyword.

I'm wondering if I could get 3 Outriders with 3 units each, for 27 Chaos Psaen, plus, I've heard that there are ways to make/summon more.

Totall gimmicky thing, but I'd love to see the array of mutation, I know it's a purely themed list. I know it'll lose, but the lore and playstyle behind the list just drops cool.
