Drop the vox casters. They are pointless when you have so few guard.

Your special weapons don’t list which. I hope it is plasma.

Drop the psykers. They are hot garbage bad. Astropaths are better all around, but I wouldn’t run those.

Drop all equipment for the company commanders. They are order factories. That is it.

You need lots of CP for your knights. Try as hard as you can to fit 2 guard battalions. The minimum guard battalion is 180 points. 185 for the second because you need a Lord Commissar.

With two of those, and your super heavy detatchment, you will have plenty of CP for your shields. 16 I believe

Given how CP Heavy your army is, you will probably need the Aquila as your relic for the guard, and probably also need the warlord trait that generates CP also. With the FAQ, the farming is nureffed, but you can still benefit.

You have not faction for your guard, so o am gonna suggest Cadian.

I am not the most well versed in knights, but I will say if you go with the guard warlord, you can still get your cool knight stuff with exalted court and heirlooms of the House for 2 CP.

Better put your IK into the House Raven instead of the House Griffith. You have no Knights that is good in close combat. They are all shooting guys. So better have the run and shoot ability instead of +1 attack on the charge.
