Subject: Getting a really bright pink on a black/grey base

I have been searching for inspiration for how I want to paint my new Slaanesh models and I think I hit on a concept I like: trying to mimic Eve from LoL in her shade form.
Trouble is I am not sure I know how to achieve that really bright pink I want. I think I am generally clear on the technique of transitioning to lighter colors off a black base, though some pointers would be welcome. What I definitely need help on is paint brands/hues suggestions because I am mostly only familiar with the GW line and I don't think I can achieve this color with only what they have available...or maybe I can and I am not thinking creatively enough. I just really want it to pop. Any help appreciated.
Thanks!

To get really bright colours over a black base, you need to work down to them - for a pink like that, I'd start with a mid-brown or flesh-tone layer, then red, then pink, and then hit it with a flouro pink.

Mmmm personally based of the image, id say paint the model black, highlight grey as you do.
then for the areas that need to be pink, paint solid white coat, then glaze over it with pink or pink ink. or the pinkest pink.
apparently its pinker than most cameras can handle.

Privateer's P3 paints may be your saving grace here.
After doing the black/dark grey parts, get P3's Sanguine Base and Sanguine Highlight. This covers black very well, and allows you to transition from the black/dark grey into the pinks less abruptly, making it appear more natural.
From there it's just a matter of highlighting up with the pinks of your choice.

Thanks to everyone for the really amazing and varied suggestions! Looks like I have a lot of tactics to try...
Any more suggestions about brands or pinks or specific fluorescents I might try? Thanks!

Vallejo and Tamiya both do a fluorescent pink or magenta. Have you tried Google?

The Model Color fluorescent pink is VERY pink, however I've found it pretty thick. I had to thin it pretty far and use 3-4coats over white. More work but awesome results.

Yeah, it's not so much that I don't know who does or doesn't carry one. I am asking on the board because I trust the members' experience and opinions, so perhaps they can direct me to good products and avoid the pitfalls of others. Sure I can see "Fluorescent Pink" in a company's catalog and order it...but I really don't want to go into things completely blind.
Thanks for the suggestions though. Everyone has been really helpful.

You'll need to build up from white.
Opt for a white spray and gradually fill in the dark areas of multiple washes of black grey.
You want to isolate the parts you want to be pink rather than trying to work your way up from a black primer.
