After FW dropped their airbrush paint range my supply of those is somewhat limited. Seeing they are what I used for Sons of Horus vehicles...Need something similar.
Any line fine. Preferably airbrush range so I don't have to dilute myself them enough. Any suggestions so that the shade isn't too clearly different?

Vallejo air series is considerable choice - quite cheap, really good range of colours (model series for more natural look, bigger range dedicated for mdelers, game is more intensive, shorted for gaming purposes). However I prefer to buy normal paints and dilute them as much as you need (also having more paint in same price).

Yes I know vallejo has large colour range. I have whole bunch of them. Issue however is what colours would be closest equilavents to those greens. Buying every green and try would be rather expensive and time consuming. Was hoping somebody would happen to have prior experience.

Replacement
sons of Horus would be USAF green from Vallejo model air, or Andrea green no.3, AK interactive aircraft grey green air series
Lupercal should match with blue gray Vallejo model air (but it's not the best match), next would be Andrea green no.5, Mr.color german gray
Check it, few can replace them well.

Sorry for first reply, I misunderstood it a little...
Check out paintrack app, it's for free (however not fully, you have to pay for unlock few options, but it's really cheap), there's a colour match option. Also hobby colour converter, but this one is dedicated for medelers (but have few really useful tool, and it's totally for free).

I'm looking at painting up some SoH myself and came across this nice comparison of different paint ranges along with a How-To. Obviously ignore the step-by-step but here is the link
