Picked up the new sector fronteris killzone. I also grabbed the mek workshop. Just wanted to downplay the ork elements and emphasize more of the junkyard vibe. Can't wait to get this stuff primed. I think this is probably the coolest killzone yet. It really reminds me of fallout 1 and 2 for some reason. Thinking i might make a sign for the shop that says "general store". Not sure yet.

Do you play 30k? It'd be a lot cooler if you did.

That workshop fits in very nicely indeed. Nice work.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Thanks

Yeah it really meshes quite well. The fact that it press fits is awesome.

Killzone sector fronteris work in progress. Pretty much ready to prime. A covered every orky glyph I could find and added more imperial and xenos and mechanicus bitz. The workshop is now also a gunshop, put an autogun in the vice and added an array of weapons to both sides as well as other bitz. The nid spore things I'm gonna paint up green to look kinda like cactus's or some sorta tropical looking plant. I took some shots of the gurney from the workshop and how it press fits into the ryza pattern ruins really easy. It means you can also attach it to either side of the workshop which might come in handy for some games. I really wanna get a ridgerunner now just for to put in the shop. Lotsa pics, really wanted to show all sides.

Managed to get everything primed. Started painting the the nid spore things to look kinda like cacturs style plants. The achilles ridgerunner looks pretty cool win the workshop. Can't wait to get this all painted up. Also tested out the dji osmo pocket on my dolly, pretty steady footage. I'll post more pics soon. You also can see the progress on the arena board which is pretty much good to go for kill team.

I managed to prime most of the ryza pattern ruins but ran out of paint. Is it me or is p3 sanguine base out of stock like everywhere? Anyway, hoping to start on metallics soon. Gonna do a line highlight on the black boxes probably with dawnstone.

For the store I'm likely going to go with "fix all". Here's a bad photoshop mock up:

If you like working with P3 paints, I’d suggest stocking up. With Privateer Press’s current business situation, the future of those paints seems pretty grim.
