Where have you seen Ynarri confirmed (or even hinted at)? They are getting an Index fix in White Dwarf, same as Assassins did. To me that implies they are not planning on doing anything else with them for the time being or they would just wait for the full codex release to fix them.

There is no confirm for Ynnari, just a sneak peak that they will be in the next WD.

Corsairs is FW, GW cares more about the core of 40k more than Corsairs. They most likely talked about it and put them off the table for now, they haven't had the main kit for years (yes years).

Harlequins has been around for a long time as well, they were just updating them not making a new army. Its also just infantry units and a couple small vehicles, Exodites are going to be large kits Tverigon size ones at least. Its a different world compare to updating Harlequins.
