Not trying to be 100% competitive with this, just looking for some thoughts on the parts of the list I’m unsure about (and making sure I haven’t just screwed myself over). I wanted to get a list written before buying the models- all I have currently are the Marauders (old models, need stripping and repainting) and the Fane.
Still not sold on the Host/Command trait/Artefact selections. I could switch the Viceleader for the Masque, or the Chaos Lord for an Enrapturess.
Marauders are in there because I’ve got the models, and they’re a cheapish Battleline blob. They can also benefit from Euphoric Killers, and the Pretenders’ Heir to the Throne, so there’s that.
Keeper, Syll’Esske and the Endless Spells are in there because I like the models, but comments on the efficiency of the latter would be appreciated.
Finally, the rest of the stuff is pretty open to change.

You have the right idea here for the power level you are going for. My one comment would be that you never want to run daemonettes as 20-man. Daemonettes 11-19 do not benefit from the extra offensive power of the unit being 20+ and so are worth less than numbers 20-30. So a 30-man and 10-man outperforms two 20-mans, and costs less due to the horde discount.

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

That's a very good point- those 20-model blobs are going to lose their 20-model bonus the second a 1-wound, 5+ save Daemonette bites it, after all.
Also, I noticed my maths was off by 100pts, and I didn't take the second command trait afforded to a Pretenders General.
That said, here we go again:

Hedonites of Slaanesh[u] (Pretenders Host)
Leaders:
-Keeper of Secrets (General-True Child of Slaanesh, Inspirer)(Artefact- Pendant of Slaanesh) 360pts
-Syll’Esske 200pts
-Chaos Lord on Daemonic Mount 140pts
-Viceleader, Herald of Slaanesh 120pts
Battleline:
-20 Chaos Marauders 120pts
-30 Daemonettes 300pts
-10 Daemonettes 110pts
Other:
-10 Seekers 240pts
-5 Hellstriders 100pts
-5 Hellstriders 100pts
-5 Hellstriders 100pts
Endless Spells:
-Dreadful Visage 40pts
-Mesmerising Mirror 60pts
Total: 1990pts

It's a bit awkward that Marauders are locked to 20 or 40, as I'd like to make the unit bigger but moving a 40-man unit around the battlefield seems like it'd take forever

Yep demonettes in 30s. Thats how i do them. I like what you are going for though. A fun list that isn't going to stomp the fun out of someone. Looks fast, good variation of units to make it interesting, and not going for the spam summons.

Nice.
