I'm looking for sprues of female punk heads, compatible with GW guard/Sisters kits. Something like what you'd see on Escher gangers. Anyone know where I could find those?

They're not a one-piece head, but I reckon if you combined Victoria Mini's Female Bald Arcadian heads with these

and a little knife-work, that could be a result.

I can attest to the quality and size of Brother Vinni's heads, having used them on both Chaos cultists and Inquisitorial acolytes. However, he seems to often have trouble getting product sent abroad in a timely manner. I don't know whether this is an issue at his end, or with customs officials in certain countries being suspicious of parcels from Russia and delaying them.
Statuesque Miniatures also do good female heads. Example HERE.

Great suggestions! I'm probably gonna get some statuesque bionic heads, maybe some from brother vinni and then a couple escher heads, but this is gonna be a big army do keep em coming...

Statuesque offers a LOT of female head swaps, and I had good luck with them.

PS: I absolutely recomend checking the scale photos he offers for the right size etc as they offer multiple scales.
