Well yielding a two handed hammer and shooting a gun doesn't really make much sense...

Also, what is with the rise in this Blizzworkshop meme, I take it is some kind of stab at the game company Blizzard or something?

They used to be able to take a hammer and a pistol, but I misread it, now it only applies to HEAVY thunder hammers. Which makes sense.

Blizzard and GW are the same company. Ever notice how Star Craft is basically ripped straight from Warhammer? I can't remember who owns who, but I feel like GW is the parent company...

Ah. Makes sense. If we're talking two handed, then yea. But for single handed, should be valid.

And no, I don't think they're same company. They're not affiliated in any way.

Um. No. Acti/Blizz gives EA a run for their money in the "I treat my customer like a money dispenser" category.

The only real relation is that Warcraft was originally supposed to be a Warhammer game, but Games Workshop pulled the license late in the game's production. Blizzard made minor changes and released it as Warcraft. That is why they have a lot of similar stuff.

Way back years ago GW approached Blizzard to make a game for Warhammer Fantasy Old World. However for whatever reason(s) the two companies fell out and the deal was ended. Blizzard didn't want to throw away the work they'd done on the game, so they changed the story and some key elements and created Warcraft 1.

It was its own separate game, but had some Warhammer influences. When GW then went on to make 40K by basically porting Old World Fantasy into Space; Blizzard copy-catted them somewhat and took their own game into space too.

Heck if you go look at some of the previous generation of Tyranids the new (at the time) ravener was a powerful take on the Hyralisk that Blizzard created..

So they are two very separate totally independent companies that have influenced each other over the years. Remembering that both also source the core of their fantasy lines in Lord of the Rings.

I paid for Starcraft and two expansions over 10 years for a total sum of around 140 bucks. That's a box set of GW.

I would guess he would miss getting rerolls when hitting on 5s in Overwatch, but I have never played my T'au Sept using the rerolls in Overwatch and I have been fine.

They can no longer piecemeal declare For the Greater Good Overwatch one unit at a time until a charging squad is destroyed.

Exactly it really isn’t that much of a change.. Tau are still extremely powerful.

It was pretty obvious that’s not how it was meant anyway. It’s still strong. This doesn’t change the tau spot competitive at all honestly.. thank goodness I kept my tau

So, wait... does that mean that Tau *have* to FTGG with every unit in range? Ex: I charge a unit of Firewarriors who have 5 other units within 6". Does every single one of them "burn" their FTGG on my charging unit? That *does* seem like a significant nerd, if so.

Nope, you can still elect to not fire FTTG. You simply have to commit to what you're using FTTG on and potentially run the risk of having some of them fizzle cause the charging unit got wiped.

Ah. That's not nearly as bad. I was like: "So, I can just charge a group of Grots in, eat all that FTGG, then bring in the Boyz after?" Still gonna hafta know your averages pretty well to make sure you're not gonna over or under shoot, but it's not too bad.

They never could, when you declare overwatch, you always chose who shoots what at the same time. FTGG effectively made it so you could add units to your unit when declaring your shots

What rerolls tau had? All I can recall is marker light but those work as they aren't restricted to specific phase.
