Really? The changes are massive: gang composition, weapon profiles, traits, skills, costs, scenarios ++. There are so many differences, it would be futile to make any sort of comprehensive list. And the differences just go on and on for each book you look at. I can agree the game is same "at heart", meaning in broad strokes it is the same game. In detail, it is more like a new edition. For example, there are more differences between N17 and N18 than between Blood Bowl 6 and Blood Bowl 2016.
