Well, the store I went to last year was a bit smaller and they judged by votes. Anyone who came to the store that day could vote. I've also added quite a bit to the board since then (I didn't have the tanks on the board last year at all, as well as a few other pieces).
I'm sure there wouldn't be any issues with reentering it at the same store since it has been updated.
However, I plan on going to a bigger store this year, so from that perspective, it's a new entry for that store

Also kinda hoping for 2nd place this year, since I have a Gold medallion, it'd be cool to get a Silver.

Both my boys have about 1500pts of Marines each now too, so I need to get them started on a Display Board so they can enter their stuff too.
They have UMs and Salamanders respectively. I think it would be cool if they made a board with their armies back-to-back as it they were fighting off a greater enemy.
