I would like to add some graffiti to my hive city terrain. I do not have an airbrush, and I know that is the best way, so I need alternatives.
I have tried watery painting etc. It does meh as imitating a spray can, and I'm hoping for easier better alternatives.

Primarily, decal/tranfers would really be cool. You know, like the vehicle/shoulder pad stuff, but graffiti markings.
So...does anyone know of someone selling the equivalent? Or a process that is easy I can do on my home printer? Do they sell clear transfer style sheets that i can print on? Do people print custom transfers based on pictures I might send them?

Or just share techniques that have worked that do not involve an airbrush (my painting skills fall into the experienced but middle of the road category).

It certainly is that simple. Go searching for graffiti type fonts and write whatever you like. Printing is the simple.part

Just make sure you choose the right type of paper for the decal you are going for. Bright colours go.best on a white transfer paper, but it's harder to blend the white paper into the model. Clear decal.paper is easier to blend o to the model, but is strongly I influenced by whatever you have painted underneath.

I've also tried using stamps, but with limited success as paint never seems to leave the stamp I the same way that ink does.

I also advise the use of GIMP over Photoshop, unless you've already paid for a PS licence.
