we had a lil avatr hange initative... called suit it up... thus you see so many suited avatars these days...

seeing the las gat now i forsee an avatar change for dave... that gun is marvelous! and the crew i really like too...

and i was a bit worried about :

the cobblestones color...

the "handlebar" of the gunner

and the painting in general of the crew...

prooves one thing... i should more often wait and see... cause all comes out brilliant in the end^^ because the hadlebar looks cool...the crew looks even way better and the cobbles... i will dream of these this night^^

I always look forward to your posts Vik, you know that, but one thing bothers me Vik..You never even once mentioned anything about the rivets?

er...am i now forced to say something on those rivets? ... my wife wanted me yesterday to force some compliments out of me... well the short of it is i ruined the evening

i thought rivtes in general are a given between us members

though if at gunpoint i would say the rivets on those front shackles between the wheels do look nice...happy now^^

compliments i am not aware of sound always crude in my view... some of the gus at bubbles thread recently have been accused of sycophantism... i am not likeing that... by the way... took that from that guy as a personal insult...

I haven't seen bubbles thread, I have really only been keeping up with the -=]_.=- threads, and then not completely.

well might be needed to follow her´s as well as jake proposed her to become the leagues mascot

and i try to make every rivet count^^ and every comment be a marksman shot...

Sadly it looks like her thread was going decently then the =]_.= popped up and turned it insane.

I gotta say, Dave, I was wrong on the copper coloring on the barrel. I meant the bands around it but what you have done is fantastic. Suggestion for future thought: Wouldn't a refillable battery be prone to spillage around the filling area? Would that also not cause maybe some greenish corrosion on metal parts as a result of the acidic nature of the liquid?

In no way a criticism as the crew obviously maintains their weapon system well and it looks fantastic as is. I am just used to certain conditions on weapons in the miltary that are unavoidable. Silvering of blued barrels, dings, scratches and so forth. Just thinking out loud really....

That's true, it looks far too clean for a military weapon. Unless it is fresh from the factory.

Really loving everything about it though.

Not SeaView quite yet, they guy is building the wiring rig for it this weekend on a breadboard, and I should have all of that by next week, then I can work on the SeaView!
