Wow those are some classic mini's right there. The one you are thinking about is a Knight "Lord" as depicted in this pic:


I think it shares some design similarities to MWO's King Crab 100 ton assalt mech. There are lots of ways to import that design into Blender and bang out a 3d printable of the scale you are looking for, but man i don't think it would be cheap. You would also have to come up with your own "imperial" weaponry but that should be easy enough in blender. Just stick to general shapes and fix it up after it's printed
