Does anyone know a good site or brand of bulk airbrush on par with "vallejo model air"? I use so much white, black and soon orc skin shading colors so much I chew through that stuff. I have had mix results from some of the bulk stuff I buy from Amazon, So is there an fellow airbrusher out there who might know a good site selling mostly premixed paint? I paint with an Iwata Neo TRN1 if that matters as it's a nice brush but you gotta really thin paint down.

I used badger minitaire due to the low bulk price and really like it. I do mix a bit to make brighter colours though.

Stynyrez primer is made by badger and comes in larger bottles, 4oz 16oz and 32oz for the main white/black/grey.

You can also get Golden High-Flow acrylics which are made to shoot well through the airbrush, I use the raw umber for a lot of terrain weathering and it's high quality stuff, comes in 1oz, 4oz and 16oz bottles.

Neither are particularly cheaper than Vallejo, but certainly as good and come in larger bottles.

Alternately, you can shoot pretty much anything through an airbrush if properly thinned. I've seen people use Latex house paint thinned way down for terrain projects and I've used Delta Ceramcoat acrylics, although they come out a bit grainy since the pigments aren't nearly so finely ground. Still, can't beat $1.50 for a 2oz bottle that thins down 2x or 3x (it is THICK paint out of the bottle).

A new line for INSTAR to look into perhaps?

Just buy good quality Artist's acrylics from Windsor & Newton, Liquitex, Golden, etc.

Properly thinned they will shoot through an airbrush, and you can get a decent volume e.g. Liquitex soft-body acrylics (their original line) start at 2 ounce (59ml) tubes and go up to 128 ounce (3.7L) bottles.

Our paints go through an airbrush ok with fairly little thinning, though as a new line we're already 3/4's of the way through our ALPHA Project, these will be airbrushable pretty much straight from the bottle as well as being brushable straight from the bottle.

No black magic, just clever science

I find that the Created wicked range are a good compromise of quality and value. The only one I really haven't been impressed with is the white.
