I’ve been in a painting funk for the last few months, but contrast paints and an already prepared model made finishing this guy a cinch. Magos Purple is getting a spot in my palette for sure.
This guy used P3 Menoth White Highlight as a base instead of the contrast stuff and seemed to work fine. The base was just water effects and inks, other than the pipe it was all shades over white.

As far as the paint is concerned it's a really good job. But you should definitely look into color theory because all the attention will immediately go to the bright green base.
