So I’m looking at getting into AoS as I have a lot of Demons sitting around and AoS is huge at my FLGS. When building a Hedonites army, if I take Slaanesh marked StD, are they allies or are they considered part of the Hedonite army as they’re Slaanesh keyword? I’ve heard and read it both ways so I’m a bit confused.

It appears, by looking at Warscroll builder briefly, that Hedonites of Slaanesh have access to a fair few StD units, like Chariots, Chaos Warriors, Chaos Lords, beasts, and so on.

I can't confirm if they have access to everything in Slaves to Darkness, but it appears they have most of the units to take in their army. If there's anything they're lacking, you can take Slaanesh Marked StD as an ally in your list.

the mark of Slaanesh gives you the Slaanesh keywords. That's the keyword that Hedonites of Slaanesh checks for regarding alliagence. So they're a normal part of the army, not allies. Just remember some abilities do look at the hedonites keyword, like the Locus of Diversion.

Thanks much, as I said I’ve heard it both ways so I was checking. Certainly opens up more options.
