I've had these Warglaives gathering dust, waiting for some paint and tbh whilst I liked the models, I was less enthused about their performance on the table.
I wasn't keen on paying out for some new Helverins, so decided to magnetise the existing weapons and build my own auto-cannons.
I had some spare bits left over from my Onager Dunecrawlers, so with some plasticard I've spent the evening making the new weapons.
Once painted, these will be hitting the table a bit more often now.

Those meltaguns would've made great melta cannon conversions for my AT Reavers...

The donor parts were from the Onager Dunecrawler kits, the twin Heavy Phosphor blaster and neutron laser.
The magazines were made from the feet from the crawler. The original weapons were untouched and just magnetised so these can quickly back to being Warglaives should I want to.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Added a magazine to the twin barrel as well as an elbow joint, with a coat of base leadbelcher they're ready for painting.

They look better than the real ones (which are oddly...ugly). Good job.
