And yeah, it's a bit long in the tooth. Last posted this time last year, essentially.

It probably should stay 'dead' as it is more then a little mean-spirited most times, and really seems to bump right up against (and more often then not cross right over into) Rule #1 territory.

Honestly? Yeah, pretty much. The OP says not to be rude, but this is a subject that is intrinsically rude no matter how it's handled - it's almost always predicated on holding someone else's work up for public ridicule.

In theory, there's nothing wrong with discussing some of the odder things that pop up on eBay or elsewhere... But yes, when it slips into just making fun of someone's painting or modeling, that is not really appropriate.
