Subject: How to create a worn/used/damaged look for my AT titans?
Currently working on dark met blue with gold trim for my titans and it realy buggs me that i cannot do anything but "clean and factory new" on the armor plates like the upper leg armor plate i have done in img below.
I seek for a battle used look for my titans and i have zero idea how to do that on dark met blue, so can anyone share some points, hints, possibly guides/toturials??

Try sponging or stippleing on various shades of orange and dark brown for rust? If you do mostly dark brown with a few bits of orange to make it pop a bit the it should look interesting without overpowering g the main blue colour.
Maybe try greenish verdigris for the gold bits? Jurlst a touch here and there or else it might mix badly with the blue on the main plates.
Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!
Darren Latham has a really good tutorial on painting battle damage on a variety of different colours. Blue isn't covered specifically, but the basic techniques, particularly those used on the black armour, might be adaptable.

I'm starting a second AT Maniple at the moment and I'm considering pushing their looks a bit up the timeline, which means adding some touch of nurgle to the Legio Mortis Titans.
The scale might be help or obstacle for Nurgle greenstuff work here... I'll find out. =]
You have tons of options. I'd suggest some stippling for paint chips, then using oil paints and thinner, use browns for dirt streaks, then white for rain streaks. You could also apply dot filters. Then to finish, give it a light dusting with a weathering powder, probably a dried mud or grey Ash would work best.

Have a look at tutorials for painting flames of war or other 15mm scale vehicles. They are a bigger scale, but considering you’re looking at a titan the techniques are similar. A lot of the techniques I used on my flames of war tanks I’m applying to my AI aircraft.
