Hello gentleman, I wanted to share here the pictures an quick description of a giant battle between my Space Wolves and a friend's Nid horde.

You can find the whole battle report on my Blog here: http://wargamingrebel.blogspot.com/2019/11/batrep-warhammer-40k-epic-last-stand.html

Here are a few pics of the battle:

Hope you enjoy it. Everyone should have one opportunity to play a giant game of 40K with a friend in their wargaming career!

Great report, mate ! I'm amazed the SW survived despite all the reinforcement the xenos had, and quite surprised by the first volley of the termagaunts tbh

That’s great mate. Looked good fun and a real spectacle. Love painted armies fighting over painted terrain. Stunning. Good work.

Cool

Are the Tyranids from Hive Fleet Tiamet? I painted mine the same colours because I liked Tiamet's background. What hive fleet adaptation did they use?

Very nice, I liked the presentation style of commented pictures for this scale of a game. Last stands are always great battles to read about.

Also very nice Wulfen, Confrontation doggos look much more menacing as a werewolf base than GW's scrawny gorillas.

#ConvertEverything blog with loyalist Death Guard in true and Epic scales. Also Titans and killer robots! C&C welcome.

To be honest, that volley also included the Devourers on the Dakkafex, I should edit that part of the batrep!

If memory serves they where using the 6+ feel no pain one. It is a very nice set of colors, I think it looks really good.

Thanks. I agree, I love these models much better, they are a bit larger but do the part really well IMHO.
